4. Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Agreement
Subscriptions require a mandatory commitment of three (3) consecutive orders.

Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may not be canceled prior to completion of the third order.
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days prior to the 1st of the month to avoid billing for the next cycle.
  • Late cancellations apply to the following billing cycle.

Chargebacks & Early Termination
Initiating a chargeback to avoid or circumvent the minimum subscription commitment constitutes a material breach of this agreement. In such cases, the Seller may pursue recovery of:

  • All amounts already delivered, plus
  • A cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the remaining unpaid subscription obligation, to the fullest extent permitted under Tennessee law.

Price Lock Guarantee
Subscription pricing is locked for 12 months from signup and may be adjusted thereafter with prior notice.
